Openhole Log Evaluation and Quantitative Petrophysical Analysis

Petrophysical analysis of available log and core data is essential to determine reservoir properties and ultimately hydrocarbon volumes. The log evaluation and the determination of petrophysical reservoir properties leads to the evaluation of:
  • Porosity/Permeability relationships
  • Water saturation (Sw)
  • Determination of transition zones
  • High permeable streaks vs. homogeneous intervals
  • Tight reservoir zones
